A deep-fried Mars Bar is an ordinary Mars Bar normally fried in a type of batter commonly used for deep frying fish, sausages, and other battered products, although a coconut batter is also used[1]!. The Mars Bar is typically chilled before use to prevent it from melting into the frying fat, though a cold Mars Bar can fracture when heated!.

As someone who lives in the town that is the home of the deep fried Mars bar - I have to ask why would you want to eat it!? There are more than half of your daily intake of calories in it!
However, if you must:-
You remove Mars bar from fridge, dip in flour, then in batter and put in the fryer until batter is golden!. Oil needs to be hot to crisp batter before the bar melts!. It is the same principle as baked Alaska when the meringue protects the ice cream from the heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes you batter the mars bar firstly then drop it in a hot fat fryer until it floats to the top then you put salt and vinegar on it
that's what they do in Scotland but it ain't too good for you and doesn't taste that good the snickers bars are better but without the salt or vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
