Answers:
You can use graham crackers, two inch squares or digestive biscuits!.
You can do them in the microwave, carefully or over an open fire!.
For the microwave, you place one marshmallo on each square or digestive, then heat for 3-5 secondsuntil it start to puff!.
You have ready, another square with a a thin piece of Hershey or similar chocolate on it and microwave for about 2-4 seconds until it starts to melt!. Remove from the microwave and place the first piece with the puffed marshmallow on top!. Press together and eat!.
Over an open fire, you skewer the marshmallow and heat until it puffs!. Have a graham cracker ready with a piece of chocolate!. Place the hot marshmallow on top!. Cover with another cracker and press down!.
Have all the graham crackers ready so you can quickly put your s'mores together
Mind you don't burn your fingers with the puffed marshmallows!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

S'mores are a combination of graham crackers, marshmellows, and chocolate(preferably Hershey's)!. You can roast marshmellows on a skewer over a campfire or you can make them at home!. You want to put a marshmellow on a graham cracker and stick it in the microwave for about 40 seconds, it's going to melt and puff up, then you stick your piece of chocolate on top of the marshmellow and then add another graham cracker piece on close it!. It's going to be gooey and delicious!
I'm not sure what else you could use as I'm not familiar with what you have in Australia!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

the other answerers have done well telling you about the classic s'more recipe!. i have another recipe that i made up one holiday when i didn't have $$ for gifts so i made s'more "candies"!.
i melted my favorite brand of chocolate chips!. then i took graham crackers and broke them on their lines, then broke those in half (to make the about the size of the marshmallow)!. i then took a marshmallow, placed it on one of the graham squares, then dipped the entire thing into the melted chocolate, then placed on waxed paper on a plate in the fridge to cool!. then i boxed them in little candy boxes and gave them away!.
they were a big hit and everyone thought they were very original (and yummy)!. you could try this recipe with other types of cookies instead of graham crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
