Answers:
2 cups flour, 3/4 cup crisco, 1 teaspoon salt!. Mix with pastry blender or i just use my hands!. Make sure all the flour is worked into the crisco!. Add about 5-6 tablespoons ICE water!. Toss with fork, DO NOT over mix!. Gather up the dough and form into a ball!. Roll out on floured surface!. I never measure the water, i just dump some in but i've been making pies for a while so i've had a lot of practice!. when you toss the dough with the fork, if it seems too dry add a little more water!. Over working the dough after the water is added will make a tough crust!. Practice makes perfect!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
