Answers:
Deep frying hazard número uno: If you're not careful, it's easy to burn your hands with the hot oil!. This can be spatter or if you touch the cooked fish when it is still very hot!.

In all fairness, the burns will be minor (unless you spill oil on yourself!.!.!.), but can be painful nonetheless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Having the grease splatter on you!.!.!.

But if you want a safety hazard for ANYTHING while cooking anything on the stove, it's having the handle of the pot pointing towards the edges of the stove!. You or anybody else can just walk by the stove and knock over the entire pot!. Handles sticking out is something you gotta be careful about!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my safty hazard is getting splattered with grease, but what you are looking for is something like not being properly cooked, or saving the leftover flour that was used to coat them and it will spoilWww@FoodAQ@Com

Do Not under any circumstances put water into the hot oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
