I would garnish with either a mint leaf, basil leaf or slice of lemon or combination of a leaf/lemon!.
If you are making the sorbet homemade, you should try adding basil to the recipe!. I had a lemon basil sorbet at a wine competition a couple of weeks ago!. It was incredible!. I went home and broke out my ice cream maker and made it myself!. It was fabulous!.
At the wine competition they garnished their lemon basil sorbet with candied lavendar leaves!. It was a nice touch and very interesting!.
My girlfriend told me that now all I have to do is learn how to candy lavendar and I have a winning recipe!Www@FoodAQ@Com
