Answers:
I have a coffee shop and make 3 different types of mini dessert pizzas that are on the menu!.

I start off with a sweet bread dough for the base:

5 level cups cake flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
half a cup of caster sugar
1 sachet instant yeast
2 eggs
150grams butter

enough warm milk to make a dough!.

You cream the butter and the sugar, add the eggs and blend them in well!.

In a Separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients together and make a well in the centre!. throw in the liquid mixture and start incorporating it into the dough adding warm milk a little at a time until you have a nice soft dough that doesnt stick to your fingers!. Put this ball of dough into an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap and leave it to rise until its tripled in volume!. Then knock it down and separate it into 12 equal sized balls and roll them out into circles!. This is your base that you need to pre bake for about 5 minutes in a hot oven!.

Toppings:
These are the three on my menu at the moment and they've been there for a while coz they're really popular!.

1!.
Caramel condensed milk - spread on the base
sliced bananas
crumbled peanut butter cookies
white and dark chocolate chips
fresh cream
peppermint crisp chocolate grated on the top to finish it off

2!.
Cream cheese with powder sugar -mix together and put this on the base!. then put a mixture of frozen berries or fresh berries, add crumbled chocolate cookies, i use oreos, then top it off with some whipped cream and some crumbled flake

3!.
Spread chocolate mousse over the base, add some canned cherries, some crumbled oreos and dark chocolate chips and top it off with whipped cream and large shavings of dark chocolate and white chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Our Pizza Ranch makes a Cinnamon one, it's yummy!!

I make fruit pizza which is made with sugar cookie dough baked flat, then cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla is blended together and spread on the cooled crust!. Add your favorite sliced fruit on top like strawberries, blueberries, bananas (I usually put under so the brown doesn't show through), raspberries, etc!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a regular pizza dough then top it with your favorite dessert toppings!. ie: chocolate, preserves, fruit, marshmallows, cookies, candy!. Bake as you would a pizza!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
