Do they exist!? I'm especially interested in vegetable dishes, but anything is great! I'm making schnitzel tonight, which is unhealthy enough!.!.!.I'm looking for some good-for-you accompaniments!.

Who cares, German food is so good, just enjoy it tonight and hit the gym tomorrow!. I love Wiener Art Schnitzel (plain schnitzel) with Bratkartoffelen (fried potatoes) or Pomfrittes (french fries) followed by great German baked goods!. I miss Germany as much as I miss the south!.
