I am a huge Choco-holic, and im just curious to see some really good Chocolate dishes!.

If you give a recipe, I might just Best-Answer you!

I personally like:

1!. Chocolate Chip Cookies!. (Thin, and Warm, with some milk to wash em down!.)
2!. Warm Brownies!.

I think the main mistake people make with brownies is that they salt them to much, because it's easy to mess up brownies!

Or it might just be me!.

These brownies are just YUM!

1 cup butter, melted
3 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish!.
Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl!. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended!.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt!. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended!. Stir in the chocolate morsels!. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish!.
Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes!. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting!.
makes 24!.

I also have a VERY good recipe for chocolate chip cookies!.
I'm sure you won't regret making it!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper!.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside!.
In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended!. Beat in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk until light and creamy!. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended!. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon!. Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets!. Cookies should be about 3 inches apart!.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted!. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely!.

And I know you didn't ask for chocolate cake, but this is a VERY delicious chocolate cake

1 (18!.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
1 (3!.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease and flour a Bundt pan!.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream, and vanilla!. Beat until smooth!. Stir in chocolate chips!. Pour batter into prepared pan!.
Bake for 1 hour!. Allow to cool!.
Serves 12!.

Serendipity
6 half-ounce pieces of a variety of your favorite chocolates
2 teaspoons storebought hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 cups ice
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place it in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring occasionally until melted!. Add the cocoa and sugar, stirring constantly until thoroughly blended!. Remove from heat and slowly add 1/2 cup of the milk and stir until smooth!. Cool to room temperature!.
In a blender place the remaining cup of milk, the room temperature chocolate mixture, and the ice!. Blend on high speed until smooth and the consistency of a frozen daiquiri!. Pour into a giant goblet and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings!. Enjoy with a spoon or a straw!. !. !. !.or both!
