Cedar plank on the grill or baked!. Season with butter (if you don't mind the extra fat) and some oregano, herb mixes, etc!. I always think it tastes good with some cilantro and mango salsa, which is made by simply dicing mangoes, chopping red onions, adding 3 tbsp of lime juice and a few sprigs of cilantro!. INGREDIENTS
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
6 (8 inch) (8 inch) flour tortillas
4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic!. Spread butter over one side of each tortilla!. Place three tortillas, buttered side down, on a griddle or large skillet!. spread with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with salmon and cheese!. Cover with remaining tortillas, buttered side up!.
Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown!. Turn and cook 2-3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted!. Cut into wedges!.

1/4 cup lightly packed fresh basil
2 tablespoons packed fresh parsley
2-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pine nuts
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Dash salt
Dash coarsely ground pepper
2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Directions:
For pesto, tear bread into pieces; place in a miniature food processor!. Pulse until fine crumbs form!. Set aside 1 tablespoon!. To the remaining bread crumbs, add the basil, parsley, oil, pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper; cover and process until finely chopped!.
Place salmon on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray!. Spread with pesto!. Sprinkle with reserved bread crumbs!. Bake at 400° for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and crumbs are lightly browned!. Yield: 2 servingsWww@FoodAQ@Com

I baked it last night in an uncovered pan with a sauce made of melted butter and brown sugar!. I usually wrap it in tinfoil with butter and brown sugar and cook it on the grill but my old grill is broken and my new grill is still in the box!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I always think salmon tastes better from the grill!. I invested in a cedar plank that I soak, put the salmon on with salt and pepper!. After it cooks I add a dab of butter and fresh dill to the top and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I love it blackened!.Sprinkle blackening seasoning on the tuna!.Lightly oil a cast iron fry pan and get it hot!.Blacken both sides!.Reduce heat and cook to the doneness that you prefer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i make samon cakes!. mash some rits crackers up mix chopped onion green pepper parsley and seasing pepper and a little salt not much and a egg mix, make patties and fry in about 1 half inch of cooking oil until golden brown yum yumWww@FoodAQ@Com
