Easy potato salad recipe?!

Boil up your taters, I like to pre dice mine as it cuts done on the boiling time but you have to watch them closely so as not let them get too tender and you can certainly leave the skin on if you choose!. Drain and run some cold water on them right away!.
Boil up your eggs!.
When eggs and potatoes cool and you've peeled and diced the eggs, season with what you like!. I use garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper!. Add in what you want for your sauce, I use a mix of Mayo and Miracle Whip and some yellow mustard!. Mix and Taste until its how YOU like it!. Cover and chill
Of course, you can add onions, celery or whatever else you want in it!.!.!.!.anything goes!. I don't like crunchies in mine, so it's pretty plain Jane!. Anyway, potato salad is easy breezy!.

The only way to ensure tender potatoes is to watch them! Just test them with a fork, I prefer mine just to fork tender!. And remember, after you drain them they will continue to cook, so remove them just before they are to your liking, and like I said, I rinse mine in cold water to stop that cooking process!.

Classic Potato Salad
Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes (6 medium) - Use red or Yukon Gold potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise - I prefer Miracle Whip, it gives the potato salad a bit more of a zing
1 tablespoon yellow mustard - I prefer to use spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup thinly sliced celery (2 stalks)
1/3 cup chopped onion (1 small)
6 Hard-Cooked Eggs, coarsely chopped
Directions
In a medium saucepan place potatoes, the 1/4 teaspoon salt, and enough water to cover!. Bring to boiling; reduce heat!. Simmer, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until just tender!. Drain well; cool slightly!. Cube the potatoes!.
Meanwhile, for dressing, in a large bowl combine Miracle Whip, mustard, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and the pepper!.
Stir in the celery and onion!. Add the potatoes and eggs!. Toss lightly to coat!. Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours!.

8 bacon slices
? cup chopped onion
1 can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/3 cup milk
2 tblsp!. sweet pickle relish
2 tblsp!. vinegar
? teas!. salt
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs
Cook potatoes in jackets until tender, peel, dice, and keep warm!. (Can also use canned potatoes!.)
Fry bacon until crisp!. Remove from skillet, drain and crumble!.
Pour off all but about 4 tblsp bacon fat, add onion and cook just until tender!.
Blend in soup, milk, relish, vinegar, and salt!. Cook until mixture comes to a boil!.
Gently stir in warm diced potatoes and all but 1 tblsp!. bacon!.
Heat thoroughly!.
Pour in serving bowl!. Sprinkle remaining bacon over top & garnish with parsley and wedges of hard boiled egg!. Can be served hot or cold!.

In a large bowl, combine chopped potatoes and eggs!. Mix together mayonnaise, chopped onion, green onion, green pepper, and celery!. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well!. Cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight!.

wash, peel, chop, cook til tender!. Boil eggs, peel, separate, mix yolks with mustard, mayo n chopped pickles!. Chop whites, add to taters, quick stir , stir in yolk/mayo mixture!. Make enough for me, I love the stuff but hate making it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Take boiled, cubed potatos and chopped hard boiled eggs in a bowl with mayo, salt to taste (I like it a bit salty) , garlic powder, chopped celery and mix well!.
