Using utensils or chopping boards on the fried fish that you have previously used on the raw fish - bacteria can be transferred to the cooked food from the chopping boards and knives!. Remember to keep raw and cooked separate!

I'm sure there are others too, like leaving in large bones, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
