Go to the store and get a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken (you know!.!.!.the ones that they stick under those heat lamps)!. It can be any flavor you like, that doesn't really matter!.

In a saucepan on the stove, mix 1/2 cup of any BBQ sauce with 2-3 TBSP apple cider vinegar!. Add 1 tsp of any hot sauce if you want some kick!.

Peel the chicken meat off the rotisserie chicken and shred it with your fingers (just pull it apart)!. Throw away the bones and rough parts!.

Add the shredded chicken to the sauce on the stove and heat it up for about 5-10 minutes until its warm (you don't need to simmer or boil it or anything!. Just heat it up so its all the same temperature)!.

Serve the chicken between a hamburger bun or roll, like a shredded chicken sandwhich or sloppy joe!.

Its SO easy!. It literally takes like 10 minutes, and my husband LOVES them!. He can eat like 6 lol!.

If you have trouble with pasta, try buying the frozen pasta instead of dried!. It cooks in half the time!. (bertolli pastas are usually kept in the fridge areas of the grocery stores and can be kept in the freezer until the moment you want to cook them!. No thawing!.) Boil some water on the stove (maybe 6 cups worth, or just however much you normally use), when its boiling, add the pasta and cook it for like 5-10 minutes!. Since its pre-cooked it cooks super fast and you don't risk over or under cooking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's a quick one dish meal and all you have to add is a vege or salad on the side!.

Spray a baking pan with Pam!. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic (fresh or powder) and Herbs de Provence(buy this you can use it on everything)in the bottom of the pan!. They sell it in the grocery store!. Melt some margarine or butter!. Drizzle over herbs!. Next, cut a couple of potatoes(baking and/or sweet) into large cubes!. Place in pan, lightly sprinkle with your seasonings and drizzle with more margarine!. Next wash and place one cut up chicken over the potatoes!. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste!. Then drizzle more margarine!. Bake in the oven set at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 mins!. You can replace the margarine with olive oil if you like!. Your family will really like this one!.
