Answers:
Humm!.!.!.no veggies at all, no onion, or celery!. Then cook the rice!. Add the oil to the fry pan, toss in the rice and stir quickly to coat the rice with the oil!. Crack the eggs in a small bowl and scramble them up!. Then move the rice to the sides of the pan creating a well in the center of the pan, slowly pour in the beaten eggs into the center of the pan!. Stir to cook the eggs and brown them slightly!. Then mix in all the rice!. I would not add the BBQ Sauce, or Ketchup!. Maybe a bit of the Rice Seasoning, and Soy Sauce if you have it!. About 1-2 tsp no more!. Then stir it up and serve it!. Usually, you would cook up small amounts of veggies then toss in the cooked rice, then do the eggs add the soy sauce!. I have also used froz veggies, and that works well too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the best rice for fried rice is day old rice just because it's more dry!. Once you have the rice, then heat the oil and throw the rice in!. Stir and add a bit of barbeque sauce and a bit of the seasonings!. Ideally, you'd use soy sauce, but do not add too much seasonings or you could ruin it!. Remember you can always add more, you can't really add less unless you add more rice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fix an egg and cook the rice!. Fried rice is just cooked rice and then fried in oil for additional seasoning, I think!.

For a Chinese style rice, you cook the rice in a fry pan or wok with water and first to cook it and then add the oil!.

Why rice seasoning!? Make your own for whatever flavors you like!. It is cheaper and usually healthier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cook rice first, then in a fry pan heat oil, crack in the eggs stirring quickly to scramble eggs , then add the rice, barbeque sauce and seasoning!.!.!.
