Question: If i made something with corn flour instead of corn starch would it matter!?
If i made a chocolate pudding with corn flour instead of corn starch would it matter!?

bcoz i cnt find any corn starch nd i really want to make it!!

yes, it matters!. Corn starch is a common thickening agent for puddings and sauces!. Corn flour, or Cornmeal is simply an ingredient for baking and would leave a pudding thin and gritty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yup,big difference!.and it really matters!.i strongly advice to follow your recipe!.corn starch should never be confused with corn flour,as each of them will have a different result!.I know your so eager to bake some pudding,but you got to have the right ingredients,to have the perfect chocolate pudding!. cheers!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
