What is a good way to cook chicken.?!

My favorite way is boneless skinless chicken breast by baking in the over with a light layer of bbq sauce and bacon top of the chicken when it is almost done I add a piece of swiss cheese or American whichever you prefer everyone I have made it for loves it Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2C!.soy sauce
1/4C!. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp!. ground ginger
1/4 tsp!. ground black pepper
12 skinless chicken thighs
( BAKED TERIYAKI CHICKEN )
In a small saucepan combine cornstarch, cold water,
sugar,soy sauce,vinegar,garlic,ginger and pepper!.
Stir all together and heat to a simmer; let simmer until
sauce thickens and bubbles!. Preheat oven to 425*!.
Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13" baking
dish!. Brush chicken with the sauce / glaze!. Turn pieces
over and brush again!. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, brushing every 10 minutes!. Turn over; cook additional
30 minutes, coating evey 10 minutes!.

I bake mine in a glass baking dish with a inch of chicken stock so the pan doesnt burn, season with a bit of salt and pepper or my favorite Mrs Dash blend, cover with Tin foil for 20 mins then remove and finish cooking for an additional 15-20 at a temp of 450!. Less if you like your chicken super moist!. Just make sure your chicken reaches an internal temp of 160 before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
broil chicken breasts in the oven, dust with curry powder,salt,pepper,paprika cook for 2-3-4 min each side!. do not over cook,you may want to be Creative and add a peeled,cored apple and or peach!.

are you talking about faster!? or healthier!? the healthy way is to boil your chicken, and the faster way is to simply cut it into bite-sized pieces, add some spices/oils and fry it in the pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it's chicken breast I would recommend margarita chicken!. It sounds weird but when I tried it, it was the best!
