When you make Yorkshire pudding, do you prefer making one big one, or a bunch of small ones (in tart pans)?!

Question: When you make Yorkshire pudding, do you prefer making one big one, or a bunch of small ones (in tart pans)!?
Which way do you make them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
One big one !.!.!.!. directly under the rack that I'm making a roast on, so the drippings go into the Yorkshire pudding!. It's a mess, but sure tastes wonderful!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Small ones, for several reasons:

--puffs up better
--easier to measure exact amount of fat and batter
--cooks more evenly
--easier to serve and eat (especially for guests)
--easier to store leftovers (and they last longer)
--it's how my mother did it!! (and my grandmother!.!.!.)

The only exception is when I'm making toad in the hole, which I do in one big dish!.
