Answers:
If kept at room temperature or cooler, most chocolates are best eaten within 7 days!. They will not taste "off" or stale for a month or so!. If you freeze them in an air-tight container, they are good for several months, but not as tasty after 6 months!. They are also best if thawed slowly in a fridge so that the chocolate doesn't get white streaks or spots!. They are all the same if they are completely covered in the chocolate, but if you only partially dip anything (pretzels, crackers, fruit, etc!.) then the exposed portion may go stale or moldy more quickly than the chocolate does!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

At first I was going to say until you get hungry, lol :)
