depends on what kind of salad you like heres somethat i can share recipe with u :)

Chicken Macaroni Salad *medium flavour*

* 1/4 cup of pecan halves
* pimiento sliced olives or black olives
* 1/2 sliced small onion
* 1/2 sliced small cucumber
* cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato cut into wedge
* 1 small head of romaine lettuce
* 8 ounces of sliced grilled or roasted chicken breast!.

For the mustard dressing, the ingredients you will need include:

* 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil
* 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 3 tablespoons of Creole or grainy mustard
* 2 tablespoons of white wine or tarragon vinegar
* 3/4 cup of oil
* 4 cloves of sliced garlic!.

PREPARATION:
To start preparing your salad ,you will need two salad plates to hold the arranged chicken, lettuce and other ingredients!. Add the mustard dressing to taste!. You can also use your own favorite dressing!. Feel free to use vinaigrette if you want!.
Boil the macaroni ,refer the time on the instructionand put to drain!.
To make mustard dressing, cook garlic in oil heated in a saucepan!. Bring this to low heat until the garlic is tender!.

Remove the garlic and oil from heat and let it cool!. The oil should be strained into a measuring bowl or cup!. Discard the garlic!. Use a blender to combine basil, pepper, salt, mustard, vinegar and the strained oil!. Blend until the mixture is smooth!. Toss the salad with the mustard dressing and serve!.




classical macaroni salad* light flavour *

*1 1/2 lb box of elbow macaroni
*1/2 bunch of green onions - chopped
*1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
*1/2 ea!. red, orange, green and yellow peppers!. total: 2 whole peppers
*2 tsp dijon mustard (generous)
*1 1/2 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
*celery salt

Cook Macaroni in salted water!. Drain noodles!.
While noodles are still hot, mix in mustard and mayonnaise in large bowl!.
Mixture should be wet, but not creamy!. Stir in Onions and peppers and salt!. Mix well!.
Taste for salt and mayonnaise content!. Add more if needed!. Coat top of salad with a sprinkling of celery salt and stir in!.
Cover and refrigerate a few hours to allow onion and pepper flavors to permeate!.

personal recipe * strong flavour *

*1/2 lb box of elbow macaroni
*1/2 onion *your choice,but i use red onion for this*
*1/2 peanut powder and Sesame
*salad of choice , personally i use mixed salad or basil sometime

for dressing :
*peanut paste ( or peanut butter )
*sesame paste
*salt and pepper
*olive oil

PREPARATION:
put the macaroni to boil first, refer to the time cuz if macaroni over cook , it won't taste that good anymore !. Prepare the salad but slice onion and mix vegatables together with olive oil

Prepare dressing, mix the peanut and sesame together with oilive oil until creamy and add salt and pepper

if u have extra time !? u wan to do something more!? drain the macaroni , and put on a frying pan to fry with butter or oilive oil until cruispy , if its choice of own :)

mix the macaroni with the salad, put the dressing on , and add some peanut and sesame powder on

This is REALLY delicous;

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 cups creamy salad dressing (e!.g!. Miracle Whip)
3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon celery seed

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add macaroni, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender!. Drain, and set aside to cool!.
In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, onion, celery, red pepper, and relish!. In a small bowl, stir together the salad dressing, mustard, white sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed!. Pour over the vegetables, and stir in macaroni until well blended!. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving!. serves 6!.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2/3 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes!. Rinse under cold water and drain!.

Ingredients
150g Plain macaroni
200g Fresh mushroom
Green, red and yellow peppers (1 each), cut into strips
200g Minced meat (pork or beef)
1 Onion, cut into strips
1 Tablespoon of olive oil or butter
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Cheddar cheese for sprinkle
Dry oregano, and chili powder (optional)

Action
a!. Add butter or oil to the hot pan!. Fry the onion to brown!.
b!. Add the garlic powder, fry till fragrant!.
c!. Add minced meat and stir fry till just cooked!.
d!. Off the fire!.
e!. Boil macaroni in boiling water for about 5-6 minutes,
till just soft!. Drain it, and put aside for 5 minutes!.
f!. Add the macaroni to the pan, and mix with the meat!.
g!. Turn on the fire, add peppers strips, stir fry till soft!.
h!. Add mushrooms, stir fry!.
i!. Sprinkle Cheese, oregano, and chili powder over!.


Macaroni Recipe Two (For 2 persons)

Ingredients
150g Plain macaroni

Tomato sauce
Cheese for sprinkle

Action
a!. Cook macaroni in the boiling water, for 5-8 minutes!.
b!. Drain them!. Return to the saucepan, and mix with the sauce!.
c!. Grated with cheese, and add some butter, when you wish!.


Macaroni or Spaghetti

Ingredients
125g bacon (grinned)
1 small onion (grinned)
Parsley (chopped)
1 clove of garlic (shredded fine)
A few dried mushrooms (Soften in lukewarm water)
250g round steak (cut in little cubes)
1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
Cheese (grated)

Action
a!. In a saucepan, fry the bacon!.
b!. When the bacon begins to brown, add the onion,
parsley, garlic and mushrooms!.
c!. When the vegetables are very brown, add round steak cubes!.
d!. When the meat is brown, add tomatoes paste!.
e!. Simmer slowly for about 45 minutes,
until all has cooked down to a thick creamy sauce!.
f!. Sprinkle the cheese over the cooked spaghetti,
and pour on the sauce!.
g!. Lift with 2 forks until thoroughly mixed!.
