Question: Do you have a chunky chilly recipe!?
I have tried many chilli recipes but never liked them because I find they are all a bit watery!. If you have, a chunky, chilly recipe would you mind sharing it with me!. ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

This is a REALLY delicious one

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 cup chili powder


Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet!. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown!. Drain, and crumble!.
In a large pot over high heat combine the ground beef, tomato juice, tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, onions, bell pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar, oregano, ground black pepper, salt, cumin and chili powder!. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low!. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours!. (Note: If using a slow cooker, set on low, add ingredients, and cook for 8 to 10 hours!.)

Here is my very own recipe for chili!.

Beefy Crockpot Chili

1 1/2 lbs!. ground round
1 1/2 lbs!. stew meat, cut into 1/4" cubes
3 T!. olive oil
1/2 c!. all purpose flour
1 c!. water
3 t!. worcestershire sauce
1 t!. kosher salt
1/2 t!. black pepper
1/4 t!. ground red pepper
1 heaping t!. garlic powder
1 heaping t!. onion powder
1/2 t!. cumin
1/4 c!. chili powder
1/4 c!. cocoa powder
12 ounces beer
5 cups water

1!. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat!. Meanwhile, dredge bite size pieces of stew meat in 1/4 c!. flour!. With slotted spoon, transfer browned ground beef to 4 quart crockpot!. Over medium heat, sprinkle 1/4 c!. flour into drippings, stirring well to prevent lumps!. Cook for about 1 minute, then add 1 c!. water and worcestershire sauce!. Stir constantly until thick!. Pour over beef in crockpot!. Wipe skillet clean, heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat!. Brown stew meat, transfer to crockpot!. Add all seasonings, mix well, pour beer and remaining 5 cups water into crockpot!. Mix, cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, stirring occassionally!.

5 banana chili
1 onion
1 tomato
1tbl olive oil-or any oil you have
pepper and salt
fried chop onion, follow by chili and tomato!. add salt and pepper
