How do you make your hot wings?!
Answers:
I toss my wings with a couple of tablespoons of oil and bake them in a 400 degree oven til browned on both sides (about 7-10 minutes each side, turning once after the first 10 minutes)!. Then I toss them in a sauce made from one bottle of Frank's hot sauce, 1 stick of butter, the juice from 1/2 lemon and (when my garlic-lover buddies are joining me) 2 tbs chopped garlic, right from the jar!. I've grilled my wings, too, and they turn out just as delicious!. The grilled flavor goes really well with the sauce, makes a nice change!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Lightly breaded and deep fried then tossed in a lot of Frank's Red Hot with a couple of tablespoons of salted European butter!. Serve with celery (no carrots for me because I don't like raw carrots) and blue cheese dressing, but remember that the dressing is for the celery and carrots and NOT for the wings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just add a little Louisiana hot sauce to Kraft BBQ sauce and brush it on after I cook up the wings!. I do it after because my hubby likes his wings smoking hot and I like them mild!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I bake mine until really crispy and while they are still hot I toss them with Frank's Red Hot !. I serve them with my favorite bleu cheese dressing/dip and carrots and celery!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
