Question: Can pancakes and waffles made at home be frozen and heated up later!? What's the proper way to do it!?
Answers:
Yes! It's surprisingly easy!.

Go ahead and make the waffles/pancakes as you normally do on the griddle and on the waffle iron!. Let them cool after they're done baking!.

You can then stack them, putting a piece of waxed paper or parchment paper between them and then bagging them and putting them in the freezer!. I don't recommend doing the "sealer" on them until after they're frozen, because you can crush them, but once they're hard, you can vaccumn seal them and store in the freezer for up to two months!.

You can then thaw and reheat using the toaster or microwave!.
