I already know how to make a smooth leche flan,but i can't avoid having very tiny bubbles around its edges...?!

when mixing the leche flan mixture use your hands, but be sure that your hands are really clean, go with a on way slow circular motion, after mixing well, strain the mixture using cheese cloth (katsa) and finally when pouring the mixture in its container (Llanera) pour slowly and avoid unnecessary extra movements!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
