Answers:
You can buy spearmint tea at a health food or whole food store!. Even some supermarkets will have it in stock!.

However, if you are determined to dry your own!. Use only the best looking leaves (no spots or hole)!. Clean them well!. Dry them really well on paper towel!. When they have dried, bunch them and tie them with twine!. Find a cool, dark, dry place with good circulation and not much people traffic!. hang them and check every few days to make sure they are drying and not rotting!.

Or you could go to the store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would just purchase them either online or from a natural foods store!. You would have to grown them, make sure they are clean and free from insects and then dry them and !.!.!.way too much work when they are relatively inexpesive to buy!.
Check for a health food store in your area to see if they have them in bulk!. also find out the best way to make large batches for a party, because you will have to strain the leaves from the hot tea!. Individual cups can be made with a tea strainer, but large batches will need something different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
