Answers:
I never use butter when making scrambled eggs!. Just use a light drizzle of olive oil in the pan!. I like to use an olive oil cooking spray (PAM is the brand I use) and it works just as good!

Hope that helps! :)

My favorite scramble egg recipe is from Paula Deen!.!.!.
8 eggs
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon water
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

In a medium size bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water, and salt and pepper until fluffy!. Using a nonstick frying pan, melt butter (or olive oil) and cook eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally!. Stir in the cheese!. Cook until you reach desired consistency!.
(hint: olive oil instead of butter! If you know Paula Deen, you know she's a butter-holic! lol!) Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could but its going to stick to the pan, and its not going to be as rich tasting!. if your not going to use any fat source to keep it from sticking, add water into your eggs (which most people do anyways, but in a restaurant they just serve you straight up eggs)!. You could use nonstick cooking spray but once again wont taste as good without butterWww@FoodAQ@Com

An egg can be scrambled with out anything added to it!. All you have to do is beat them up in a bowl and pour into a non stick pan and keep stirring until they are done to your likeness, No added butter, bacon grease, lard, NOTHING~ much healthier, if you wish salt and pepper to taste if not leave that out as well

Most definitely!. I never use butter due to the high cholesterol!. Try a bit of olive oil!. Most ppl sub butter with margarine but, I read margarine has more saturated fat than butter!. I personally use a bit of olive oilWww@FoodAQ@Com

you can actually!. just use a non stick pan or double boil them!. cleaning the pan could be a task though!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
