I have potatoes for dinner, they are so boring, how can i make them less so?!

Question: I have potatoes for dinner, they are so boring, how can i make them less so!?
Answers:
Baked potatoes are goos topped with chili, cheese, sour cream, butter, herbs, salsa, bacon or steamed veggies!.

You can shred the potatoes and make hippie hash- shred th epotatoes and fry in a pan like hash browns!. Then in another pan, sautee mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, green pepper an onions till tender!. Put the hash browns on a plate and top with the veggies and some feta cheese!. I was skeptical about the feta cheese, but it is sooo good!
