Question: Problem deciding what to have for lunch !. !. !?
Well!.!. my problem is I am returning to work!. At my work, we only have access to microwaves and boiling water!. We do have one fridge!.!. but unfortunately the biggest half of the employees use it leaving hardly any space for lunch, and a major problem trying to find!. I will be working the biggest part of the day, so want to take a fulfilling lunch/dinner with me!.!. any simple ideas / for taking or precooking to take with me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

First!.!. get yourself one of those lunch totes that have the frozen pack included to keep your lunch cold!. The tote is insulated and I believe you can get extra frozen packs if you want more than one!. also!.!. invest in those reusable glad snap and seal containers!.!. they come in many sizes!.

I'll share some of my lunch ideas I take with me to work!.!.

* a tuna sandwich on whole wheat, a dish of cottage cheese, some sliced tomato and cucumber, and a dish of fruit!.

* crackers, sliced cheese and pepperoni, a pickle or olives, sliced veggies and dip, and fresh fruit

* a fresh salad with cut up grilled chicken or steak!. I put the dressing in a small glad snap and seal container so the salad doesn't get soggy!. And a whole wheat roll with butter!. And of course of some fruit!.!.!.lol

Having a well balanced lunch, with variety and flavors, is important!. It keeps me full and fuiled up til dinner!. And why the fruit!? fruit has natural sugars, great for energy without the crash of caffeine and other energy drinks and pills!.

With having a microwave at work, you could bring leftovers from the previous nights dinner, jacket potato with beans, lasagne etc

If fridge space is a problem, buy yourself a small coolbag and freezer thing for it and it should keep your lunch cool until lunchtime :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

take 1-minute cooking time oatmeal with milk!. To make it taste better you can add a scoop of whey protein!.!. that adds the necessary element of protein, which the body needs to build (repair) tissues and muscles!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make yourself some pasta or lasagne at home then warm them up at work!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a stew or hot pot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make Something Yew Like!. + Then Heat It Up In Da Microwave xD
