Answers:
Boiling - Is rapidly moving water in a pot where food is full submerged in water or stock!.
Poaching - Is cooking in simmering water or stock where the food will remain as a whole peice and not break apart!.
Broiling - Is having an oven dish 3/4 full of water or stock and cooking an item food covered in the oven!.
Poached fish is a nice option but only recommended with white flesh fish try it this way 1/2 fill pan with fish stock or white wine and water, flavoursome herbs like oregano, basil, and thyme!.
Another very healthy way of cooking is en papillote - this is where you have one square piece of tin foil and one piece of grease proof paper the same size!.
Place your fish in the middle cover with slices of garlic, lemon and orange!. Squeeze extra lemon orange juice and lemon juce over it and sprinkle with a little Dill!. Pull all edges of the paper together and crumple!. Do the same with the foil, the foil adds extra strenght to the bag!. Cook in oven at 180 degrees centergrade for 15-20 mins!. and the fish should come out nice and moist!.

boiling is when you boil a pot of water and stick the ingredient into it
poaching is when you use a pan and put a little bit of water in there to create steam, and cover it with a lid to steam and cook
and broiling is a setting on the oven which uses a high heat projected at the top of your ingredient!. You would do this to brown the outside of something but not necessarialy cook it all the way (like a medium rare steak)Www@FoodAQ@Com
