Answers:
Yes, you may keep it and safely consume it tomorrow as long as it was prepared, cooled and stored properly to begin with!.
For storage longer than 72 hours, either freeze it in an airtight container, can in a glass jar or reheat the leftovers rapidly (in less than 2 hours) to a temperature between 165 and 174 degrees Fahrenheit!. Hold at this temperature a minimum of 15 seconds!. You may then either serve them or store for up to another 72 hours in your refrigerator!. Be sure to cool and package appropriately between reheats!. also be aware that the texture of your foodstuffs may suffer from the reheats!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can!.you can keep them in the fridge as long as the quality of the product is okay!. You may find the following points useful:
1) Never place food in an open tin in the fridge!. Use secure containers instead and throw the food out after two or three days
2)Keep seafood either in the fridge or in the freezer until you are ready to prepare it
3)Leftovers can go into tightly wrapped or sealed containers!. Examine them daily for spoilage!.
You may also keep them in a tightly sealed container and place them at the freezer if you want to keep it for a longer time!.

it all depends on the temp of your fridge!. if you have it covered tight then it wont contaminate or be contaminated by what else you have in there!. I suggest you go to a chinese supermarket and purchase the plastic "take away " dishes and lids!. then when you make again you can apportion meals to last you and freeze them!.
a stew will last at least a week if you 'boil' it daily and add to it!. but it must boil!. yours should be ok, enjoy!. I do the same with my curries!.

Storage Chart - Meats (Cooked)
When refrigerating meat that has been cooked by itself or in a dish with other ingredients, be sure it is stored in a well sealed container so that it does not absorb any odors!. If the meat is not combined with other ingredients it can be wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or foil!.
