What to eat with focaccia bread...?!
So I found a recipe for focaccia bread that I really want to try, but don't know what I should have with it, so we have something different!. Or I was thinking just cutting it up and eating it with olive oil and red wine vinegar and dipping it in that!.
Any suggestions please, and something somewhat simple please!. I'm only 15!. But I really enjoy cooking, so open to experiment!.
Thanks in advance!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good stuff in general, so the olive oil and vinegar is a good idea too!. I like to throw a clove of garlic in my olive oil for MORE flavor!. Good Stuff!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just made something this weekend that needed focaccia and it turned out excellent!. Slice the foccacia horizontally into 2 slabs!. Make a mixture of half mayo and half Dijon (2 Tbsp!. of each) Spread it on the cut sides of the bread!. Sprinkle with some shredded Monterrey Jack cheese!. Top with sliced salami or pepperoni, sliced black olives, and drained chopped green chiles!. Top with more Jack cheese, and broil until melted and slightly browned!. I called it antipasto pizza!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like having it with pesto or avocado spread on it, then topped with salad ingredients such as lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomato, etc!.
