How to cook fresh fish?!

Trout is one of the easies fish to cook in my cookbook FishRecips by Cookin with Ryan I have one that is so easy that anybody can make it right!.!.!.
First you need to clean the fish pat dry
Then rub some Olive Oli on both sides of the fish adding
Salt and Pepper to taste !.!.!. In a Non-stick skillet place the trout skin side down!.!.!. saute on medium heat for 3 mins then turn over and cook on the flesh side for 3 to 4 minutes!.!.!.Set in a 13x9 baking dish!.!.
then make the sauce
Lemon Cream Sauce
2 TB!. Butter
2 Tb!. flour
1 cup Thin cream (1/2 & 1/2 is ok)
Salt & Pepper
Juice of one large lemon
Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, and continue until the two are well mixed!. Add the cream and stir until the mixture is thick and comes to a boil!.
Season with salt & pepper and the juice of the lemon!.!.
Pour over the trout and add 1/2 cup of finely bread crumbs
Bake in a 350 oven for 8 to 10 mins or until bread crumbs are a light brown !.!.!.
Serve with a nice salad and Baked Potato

Trout cook really well in the microwave, believe it or not, or wrapped in foil in the oven with a little seasoning!. I'd serve it with buttery new potatoes and a green vegetable - nothing too fancy that will mask the subtle taste of the fish!.

I love trout and I always defer to the food network for new Idea on how to cook it!. Try to pan fried trout with parsley and butter!. It really accentuates the fish!. Clean it out first, then slice it down the body ,then rub some butter into the slits and then cook it under the grill for 2 to 3 minutes,then wrap it in tin foil, then place it in the oven for about 25 minutes!.ps you are going to enjoy this!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
