Answers:
Did your skillet come with a recipe book!? If it did, check chicken recipes for some kind of guide!. Or you could try this recipe!.

Skillet Fried Chicken

8 pieces Chicken
? cup all-purpose flour
? cup bread crumbs (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 heaped teaspoon of seasoning of your choice; garlic, fajita, Old Bay, McCormick’s
Vegetable oil, for frying

In a large, shallow bowl, toss the flour, bread crumbs with the salt, pepper and seasoning!. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and arrange them without touching on a baking sheet!.
Set the skillet temperature at 350 degrees!. Let the oil reach 350 degrees before you place chicken in it (hopefully the skillet has light temperature indicator to let you know when its reached 350 degrees)!.
Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crisp, they should cook probably cook at least 12 -15 minutes each side!. (Just because you are cooking it in an electric skillet, doesn't really change any recipe you may have used previously)!.
Drain chicken on plate lined with paper towels!. Serve!.

From past experiences I wouldnt use a electric skillet at all!. Last time I did we ended up having a grease fire even though the heat was only at 325 and there was only 1 inch of oil!. It wasnt pretty and left a nice charr on my moms kitchen wall!. I use a heavy duty soup pot or cast iron dutch oven when I make fried chicken, or anything fried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

put oil in the skillet and just set it to high so it will fry the chicken!. do the same things you would do to prepare the chicken :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sure chicken is defrosted and at room temp!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

just put it on the grill on high heat!.
