Broth or stock?????????!
ok the recipe im makin calls for stock buut i didnt find it at my local supermarket but i did find broth will it make a big difference!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

according to epicurious!.com, broth, stock and bullion are all the result of cooking meats and/or vegetables and this is the resulting liquid!. In the case of the bullion cube, it is further reduced to a powder state!. I would say you would find no difference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on what your making!. Stock is usually homemade!. In many recipes canned broth will suffice and save you lots of time!. In other recipes, it is well worth making your own stock!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Stock is made from bones and broth is generally just made from boiling the meat!. The stock tends to be richer b/c of the bone marrow and gelatin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
