Cooking thin pork chops ?!
Is there any way to cook thin pork chops besides just frying them up!.!.!.like with a little more pizzaze !?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Season the chops w/ salt, pepper and garlic, brown them in a pan, then in baking mold place the chops and then cover them w/ cream of mushroom and shredded white cheddar or mozzarella cheese, bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins!. Believe me is good!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
SAUCY PORK CHOPS
6 pork chops, browned and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
3 tbsp!. catsup
3 tsp!. Worcestershire sauce
1 thinly sliced onion
Mix all ingredients, except pork chops!. Spread mixture on browned pork chops!. Cover and cook slowly for 45 minutes at 350 degrees!. Serve with rice or potatoes

6 rib chops (veal or pork)
1 tsp!. salt
1/4 tsp!. ground pepper
2 tbsp!. butter
1/3 c!. finely chopped onions
4 c!. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can (10 1/2 oz!.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c!. milk
Rub pork or veal chops with salt and pepper!. Melt butter in skillet, add onions and chops, brown slightly on both sides!. Put sliced potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish!. Arrange chops over the potatoes!. Add soup and milk to onions!. Blend until smooth!. Pour over the chops!. Cover!. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes!. Uncover and continue baking for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are done!. Serves 6

Go to your local grocery store and get a bottle of sesame-ginger marinade!. Its about $2!.50 a bottle!. Let them marinate for at least an hour and then sautee them in a skillet!. This flavor is awesome with pork and you can use any kind of veggie you like, but i think asparagus with lime and butter on top is awesome!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I recommend a brine which consists of equal parts salt and sugar dissolve in water (you can add other spices if you wish like onion powder, etc!.) and taste!. It shouldn't be too salty or sugary if it is add water!. Let soak for at least 4 hours overnight is best!. Then rinse and pat dry!. Cook however you want but they will be very juicy!. I grill mine and put sauce on them and they're great!Www@FoodAQ@Com
