Depends on whether you want them for dinner, or for breakfast!. For breakfast, I cut them in half and toss them with some olive oil, Italian spices, maybe some Cajun seasoning, and saute them for about 20 minutes!. I serve them with my eggs and bacon in the morning!.

For dinner, you can do something similar, and serve them with any type of meat and/or vegetable!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could make some delicious mashed potatoes! Just boil them until tender with a fork mix in some butter, milk, and salt/pepper!. Voila! delicious!. You can also bake them as a side by cutting them in half and seasoning them- put them in oven at 350 degrees and spray them with either pam or use olive oil and drizzle it on!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Roast 'em at 450F (Gas Mark 8 / 232C) with a bit of olive oil, salt and rosemary!. Yum

They are great for roasting with so make a pot roast and just wash them and toss them in with the roast skin and all, then also make a great boiled and seasoned potato!. I usually boil them, drain, add butter, garlic salt, pepper, some parsley, and just eat them they are so good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
