You can search on-line for several options, but here is one of my favorites!.!.!. I don't think it is too difficult!.
Buy: store bought lasagna noodles in a box (some you have to boil, some are oven-ready)
a jar of Ragu (I like traditional), a container of ricotta cheese (in the dairy section in a plastic container), a large package of Mozzarella cheese (I really like cheese and use about 2 lbs), and lean beef ( I use about 1/2 lb- but you can use more or less depending on how much you like meat- it can be left out all together)!.
If you need to boil the noodles, do so and drain the water off!.
brown the meat in a skillet and drain the oils!. add the Ragu to the meat and heat!.
get a rectangle pan and layer noodles, ricotta, sauce and repeat!. Stick that in the oven at about 350 and cook until the cheese is melty!. On lasagna, the cheese can be browning on top (not black though)
You can serve a simple salad before and maybe some garlic toast with (available at most store bakeries or in the freezer section, or fairly simple to make on your own) Best of luck!!! I hope they are impressed with whatever you choose!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a crockpot, this is the most incredibly EASY and TASTY meal that you will ever make!. It tastes like you've spent hours in the kitchen, but it only takes minutes in the morning to prepare!.

Cranberry Pork Roast

3-4lb pork roast (Use a loin or shoulder, you'll see them at your supermarket)
salt and pepper
1 cup dried cranberries (These are in different places in the supermarket, check the produce aisle or the healthy foods aisle)
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp dried grated orange peel
1/8 tsp of cloves (about 4, if you don't have these on hand, these are somewhat expensive, but well worth it because you will make this recipe all the time)
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Step 1: Sprinkle the pork roast with salt and pepper!. Place it in the slow cooker (crock pot)!.

Step 2: Throw the cranberries over the pork, sprinkle the spices over it and drop one clove on each side of the pork roast!. Drizzle honey over all of it!.

Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours!.

You're done!.

If you want it to look special, carefully take the roast our of the slow cooker, slice it and put it into a platter or serving dish!. Scoop out the cranberries and put those into another dish and put the sauce into a gravy boat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spaghetti meal is easy and my favorite!. Serve some garlic bread and a salad on the side!.

Brown some ground beef or turkey, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder!. You can add some Italian seasoning flakes and oregano if you have it!. No need to measure these things; just shake a small amount around the pan on the meat!. When the meat is well done, pour a jar of spaghetti sauce over it and let it get warm, stirring occasionally!.

In a separate pot, prepare spaghetti noodles according to box directions!. If it says boil 7 to 9 minutes, go for 7 minutes!. It's better when it has a little bite to it!.

Make a salad - you can use whatever you have available!. Lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, cucumber!.

You can use any kind of bread for garlic bread!. Use slices, spread butter or margarine on them, shake some garlic powder on them and use the broiler in your oven to toast it!. Keep an eye on it! It seems like it's doing nothing, then it starts getting brown very quickly!. I would make the bread last!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mac and cheese casserole

One box white mac and cheese
One can corn
One can green beans

Cook corn and green beans together and cook mac and cheese as per box instructions!.

after both are done, mix together

Then pour into a greased (butter or low-fat margarine) 9x9 glass pan!.

You can add meat to this if you like I supposes, but being vegetarian, I refrain from that!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
