Can be quick ones that you make often or a special dish you make once in a while!. Here are mine:
Quick Recipe: Salsa Chicken
Place 3-4 pieces of boneless and skinless chicken and 1 jar of salsa in crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hrs!. I usually prepare this as a taco filling and we love it!.
Chicken Parm (I don't make this often only because it requires a lot of prep and cook time)!. My recipe is pretty simple for my chicken parm!. I serve this with salad and garlic cheesy bread!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have perfected this recipe over the years and often take it to parties when I have to bring an appetizer:
Stuffed Mushrooms
8oz!. Softened Cream Cheese
8oz!. Cooked Sausage, Crumbled
1 tsp Greek Seasoning
Dash Cayenne Pepper
2 quarts of mushrooms, cleaned and destemmed
Mix sausage, cream cheese, Greek seasoning, and cayenne pepper together!. Stuff mushrooms with mixture then bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes until mushrooms are done and cheese has melted!.

Pecan-crusted chicken
1/3 cup honey
3 Tablespoons light soy sauce
1 1/2 cups ground pecans
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1)!. Heat broiler!. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray!.
2)!. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk honey and soy sauce!. Spread pecans on a plate!.
3)!. Dip both sides of chicken breasts in honey and soy mixture and then in pecans!. Place on prepared broiler pan!. Season both sides with salt and pepper!.
4)!. Broil for 2 minutes per side, 6 inches from heat source!. Reduce oven temperature to 500 degrees and place broiler pan on rack in lower third of oven!. Bake for 6 min!. or until internal temp!. reaches 160 degrees on an instant-read thermometer!.
5)!. While chicken is cooking, place remaining honey and soy mixture in a small saucepan and boil for 1 min!.
6)!. Drizzle honey mixture over chicken and serve!.
If the honey and soy mixture is to sweet add less honey!.

Open said Hot Pocket package
Remove said Hot Pocket from package
Place on paper plate
Instert plate into microwave
turn microwave on for 2 - 3 minutes
Take out when bell rings

Bobotie
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium onions, minced
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup milk
2 slices Texas toast thick-sliced bread
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon apricot jam
1 tablespoon hot chutney
1/2 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large egg
1 pinch salt
1 bay leaf

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish!.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat!. Cook the onions in the hot oil until soft!. Break the ground beef into the skillet and cook until brown!.
Place the milk in a shallow dish!. Soak the bread in the milk!. Squeeze the excess milk from the bread!. Set the milk aside!. Add the bread to the beef mixture!. Stir in the raisins, apricot jam, chutney, curry powder, salt, and black pepper!. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish!.
Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour!.
While the bobotie bakes, whisk together the reserved milk, egg, and a pinch of salt!. Pour over top of the dish!. Lay the bay leaf onto the top of the milk mixture!.
Return the bobotie to the oven until the top is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes!. Remove bay leaf before serving!.
