Overripe bananas- are these unusable?!
I'm planning on making a banana bread that calls for overripe bananas!.
The thing is, I think my bananas might be too far gone!.
Theyre black, slightly shriveled!. The inside of it still has a pleasant banana smell, though its taken on a slightly pink tinge!.

Your bananas are extensively overripe for making bread because the baking will burn the sugar contents of the cultivar and produce a slight bitter taste on the bread!.
However, it is not loss, you can make bananas fritters out of it!. Here is the method:
First mashed the bananas!. Get a mixing bowl and use 250 gms of plain flour with about 2 cups of water and (optional) add half a teaspoon of vanilla essence!. Add in the mashed bananas and some sugar (to your taste) mixed it well!. Heat up sufficient oil (enable the cover the entire mixture during frying) in a frying pan and scope the mixed item with a spoon and fried till golden brown!.
Note: Fried a piece and sample it weather the sweetness is to your liking and add more sugar into the mixture if it is not sweet enough!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
