Meatballs
I know this sounds like a lot of work but it makes about 16 meatballs and they have this complex, fantastic taste!. These freeze and thaw beautifully, although they rarely stay in my freezer more than 2 weeks!. If you like, add beef buillion cubes to the milk and skip the liquid beef broth!.
? cup unseasoned bread crumbs
? cup Romano or Parmesan cheese, finely grated
? cup whole milk
? cup low-sodium beef broth
? cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
? teaspoon dried pepper flakes
Pinch nutmeg
1 LB ground turkey or ground meat of your choice
Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly with a fork!.
Bake at 450F for 25 minutes or fry as desired!.

You can make Turkey Sloppy Joes!
Fry up the turkey, if you have any mexican or cajun style seasonings add them to the mix!. Just cook in a frying pan until golden and cooked all the way through!.
Toast the Hot dog buns under the broiler in your oven on each side for a couple of minutes!.
Top the buns with the turkey mixture, some salsa, jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese!.
Place under the broiler for another minute or two to melt cheese and enjoy!
PS Don't forget to chase it down with ice cold Bud!.

Take a pound of raw ground turkey and add an egg, some salt and pepper to it!. Cook a cup of white rice in broth!. Add cooked rice to raw turkey and mix!. Fill a muffin tin with the mixture!. Top with a cranberry orange sauce (one part orange juice to two parts cranberry sauce, mixed until smooth) and bake for about 30 minutes on 350!. For more moist turky muffins add just a bit of the orange cranberry sauce to the turky and rice when you mix them up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Remove your corn dog from the stick (either before or after cooking, whichever's easiest)!. Lay it in a dish or bowl!. Surround with some frito's, top with grated chedder cheese and some diced jalepenos then nuke it until the cheese is melted and all is piping hot!. Top with a little salsa and enjoy it with your beer!. Save the ground turkey for tomorrow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
