chicken is very healthy and filling so you won't be craving something else
** Easy Pyrex Chicken Bake **
-boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-thin slices of swiss cheese
-can of campbell's cream of mushroom soup (use cream of golden mushroom soup for more flavor, if you want)
-dry white wine
-italian seasoned salad croutons
-a few tbsp of melted butter or margarine
Wash and dry the chicken breasts!. Lay them in a pyrex baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray (must use a pyrex or ceramic dish for this recipe, not a metal pan)!. Spread a thin layer of sliced swiss cheese over the chicken!. In a separate bowl, combine the mushroom soup with 1/4 cup of white wine (or more, if you really like wine), plus a little bit of milk to thin out the mixture!. One can of soup will be enough for 2 chicken breasts; if using more chicken use extra cans of soup and wine/milk!. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken to coat!. Then, crush up a box of seasoned croutons and sprinkle evenly over the chicken!. Top with drizzled melted butter!. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce and cheese is bubbly!.
The combination of wine, cheese and croutons makes a very yummy topping!

Rather than complicate your diet with tedious recipes, try just eating simple, healthy, whole foods!. High fiber, whole-grain cereals are good!. Low or no fat yogurt!. I use light soy milk rather than dairy!. Fresh fruits and vegies anytime!. Whole grains such as brown rice, barley, quinoa and amaranth are so good for you and packed with protien!. Nuts and seeds are a good source of essential fats but watch your portions!. Small portions of lean protein!. Steer clear of high fat foods, white bread, sweets and white rice!. Keep meals and snacks simple!. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you are SATISFIED not full!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
