Strawberry jam!.
Get equal weights of sugar and strawberries and put them in a saucepan!. Then boil them (add a little water if you need to, but you should find the sugar will melt and the strawberries will have enough moisture to do the job)!.
Eventually you'll have a nice mixture of sugary strawberries that you can put into jars!.
I used to make Pear Jam the same way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could make smoothies with the strawberries, some honey, yoghurt and milk!. Or instead of eating them, use them as a rejuvenating facial mask just by mashing them up and applying it to your face!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
