Only if your flour is self rising!. Without the baking powder your biscuits will be like hockey pucks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sift flour, baking powder and salt!.
Cut in butter
Ad milk a little at a time, mixing until it becomes dough
Sprinkle a little flour on board (a board large enough to roll biscuit dough on)
Knead the dough
Roll dough 1/2 inch
Cut with biscuit cutter (I use a round jar top as a substitute) and place on cookie sheet
Preheat oven 400 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes or until brown

If you have baking soda you can make buttermilk biscuits!. If you don't have buttermilk you can use reg milk and add a little vinegar or lemon juice (to the milk) to make a buttermilk substitute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
