What are some good healthy lunches?!
I am on school holidays and I don't want to eat take-away food all the time!. What are some easy healthy lunches I can make!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

I prefer to make my lunches at home, that way I avoid running the risks of ending up at a fast food eatery!. I usually make deli type sandwiches like turkey, ham, chicken etc!. And I always eat lots of fruits as well, like apples, bananas and oranges!. Carrots or celery are a good replacement for potato chips!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Pasta With Chicken in Creamy Garlic Sauce
2 cups shell pasta
4 tablespoons canola oil
4 boneless chicken breast, cubed
4 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2-3 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup frozen peas or broccoli (optional)
Directions
Boil pasta in lightly salted water!.
Fry chicken in canola until lightly browned, set aside!.
In large pot sauté garlic in butter or margarine, do not brown!.
Add flour, salt, pepper to garlic and butter or margarine and mix to form a roux!.
Slowly add milk, whisking to prevent lumps!.
Add parmesan cheese and mix well!.
Cook over medium heat stirring often until sauce thickens!.
Add chicken to the sauce!.
Drain cooked pasta and mix into sauce!.
Serve immediately!.

Fagioli Pasta
8 oz!. (3 cups) uncooked rigatoni (pasta tubes with ridges)
5 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large carrot, finely chopped (1 cup)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (19-oz!.) can Progresso? Cannellini Beans, drained, rinsed
1 (14!.5-oz!.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Cook rigatoni to desired doneness as directed on package!. Drain!.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot!. Add onion, carrot and garlic; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until tender!.
Add all remaining ingredients except rigatoni!. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated!. Serve over cooked rigatoni!.

** Easy Pyrex Chicken Bake **
-boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-thin slices of swiss cheese
-can of campbell's cream of mushroom soup (use cream of golden mushroom soup for more flavor, if you want)
-dry white wine
-italian seasoned salad croutons
-a few tbsp of melted butter or margarine
Wash and dry the chicken breasts!. Lay them in a pyrex baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray (must use a pyrex or ceramic dish for this recipe, not a metal pan)!. Spread a thin layer of sliced swiss cheese over the chicken!. In a separate bowl, combine the mushroom soup with 1/4 cup of white wine (or more, if you really like wine), plus a little bit of milk to thin out the mixture!. One can of soup will be enough for 2 chicken breasts; if using more chicken use extra cans of soup and wine/milk!. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken to coat!. Then, crush up a box of seasoned croutons and sprinkle evenly over the chicken!. Top with drizzled melted butter!. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce and cheese is bubbly!.

no fast food fast food has trans fats it is not good for your body!.for lunch you only need to eat less like a cup up yogurt or a cup of ice cream or you could even eat cheese or butter with bread and hav ejuice like orange juice or apples juice!.!.!.etc!.
