I need a good fruit smmothie recipe, QUICK!?!
Hi, i really need a good fruit smoothie recipe, FAST!
i like strawberries, kiwi fruits, passion fruit, orange juice and i also like it when ice cubes are included!.
my favourite type of yogart is strawberry!.
i would just throw them all in together but i don't know if they would go well together and i dont get to test it out before i hand it in, thankyou so much, any help accepted :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 banana
3/4 cup frozen vanilla yogurt - or strawberry
1/2 cup strawberries - cut
2 tablespoon syrup or honey
4 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth!.
Pour the smoothies into small glasses!.

I would suggest 2 bananas a nice handful of strawberries and a couple of globs of vanilla yogurt and you can splash a little juice of whatever flavor you like in!. You can add ice if you like but it doesn't really need it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
