I have some ground rice in my cupboard, what recipe can I use it for please?!
Answers:
Do you mean rice flour!? In this case you can bake some delicious biscuits:
200g of rice flour
200g of plain flour
2 eggs
160g of brown sugar
40g of butter
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of baking powder
4 or 5 tablespoons of milk
Miw eggs and sugar very well in a food processor, then add the butter, the oil, the baking powder and the two flours at last!.
If it's too hard add the milk!.
Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for two hours in the refrigerator!.
Now take the dough out, shape the biscuits in a "S" and bake at 160 Celsius degrees for about 20 minutes!.
They are soft as soon as they come out of the oven, and finally take the right consistency when they cool down!.
Very good with tea or cappuccino!Www@FoodAQ@Com
