If you're doing a dessert, get some pound cake, fresh or frozen mixed berries, a tub of mascarpone cheese (it's like cream cheese), a little rum extract and some sugar!. Mix the berries with a tbs of sugar!. Slice the pound cake, toast it on both sides in the oven under the broiler til lightly brown!. Mix the mascarpone with a tsp of rum extract and a tbs or two of sugar (til lightly sweet)!. Top the toasted cake with a dollop of the mascarpone and a few spoons of the fruit and it's juices!. It's really easy and really pretty!. If you don't want to go the mascarpone route, you can use Cool Whip!Www@FoodAQ@Com
