Whats every ones favourite desserts!? Either something you can buy ready made or a recipe for a homemade one!? Preferable not too full of calories though, I'm watching my weight!

LOW CALORIE YOGURT DESSERT
1 lg!. (or 2 sm!.) pkgs!. Jello (any flavor) dissolved in
2 c!. boiling water
1 1/2 c!. cold water
When Jello is dissolved add cold water!. Refrigerate until set!. Put set Jello into blender and whip with 3/4 cup plain yogurt!. Add fresh fruit of your choice or canned fruit without heavy syrup!.
Either return to bowl or put in baked pie shell or graham cracker crust!. Some favorite combinations are: strawberry Jello with strawberries; Lemon Jello with fresh or canned peaches; Lemon Jello with drained pineapple chunks, canned in their own juice!. The juice may be substituted for some of the cold water!.

1 pkg!. instant pistachio pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (no sugar), 16 oz!.
2 "low fat" sm!. yogurt, plain (8 oz!.)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate!. It's ready to eat "fast"!. Some call this dessert watergate salad!. I call it "delicious pistachio"

Mix and chill, or freeze!.

1 banana
1/4 cup milk
3 or 4 ice cubes
What to do: Peel and core the apple!. Peel the banana!. Put the fruit, the milk and the ice cubes into the blender!. Blend well!. Serve!.

INGREDIENTS:
* 2/3 cup honey
* 3 tablespoons red cinnamon candies, red-hots
* 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
* 1 cup orange juice
* whipped cream or whipped topping
* 6 medium tart apples
PREPARATION:
In a saucepan combine the honey, candies, orange peel, and orange juice!. Bring to a boil and cook until candies are dissolved, stirring frequently!. Peel and core the apples; arrange in an 8-inch baking dish!. Pour the hot syrup over the apples!. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour, or until apples are tender, turning occasionally!. Serves 6!. Top each serving with some of the juice and whipped cream or topping!.

* 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup diced peeled ripe mango
1 cup sliced banana
1 cup orange section
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime, juice and zest of
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ginger
Garnish
1 cup coconut, toasted

Combine salad ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing gently to combine!. Cover and chill 1 hour!.

2 packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping
1 (16 ounce) box graham crackers (you will have some leftovers)
1 (15 ounce) container chocolate frosting

The best way to eat desserts on a weight loss food plan is to have dessert only once a week and to have only half a regular serving!! This takes care of the guilts of eating the dessert, preserves sanity and gives us something to look forward to during the week of very strict food planning!.
