Question: What foods provide fruits!?

Mint Apples

Ingredients
Small apples (peeled)
200g sugar
125 ml water
1 drop of mint flavor

Action
a!. Boil the sugar and water together till boiling point!.
b!. Drop in apples!.
c!. Cover with syrup and turn apples!.
d!. Keep covered and cook gently!.
e!. Add mint flavoring!.
f!. Cook until apples are tender!.

Note: This replaces the mint sauce!.
It is display around the lamb!.


Apple Salad One

Ingredients
Tart apples (diced)
Pineapples (cubed)
Oranges (cut small)Celery (cubed)
Bananas (cubed)
Marshmallows (cut small)
Nuts
Dates
Boiled dressing (mixed with whipped cream)

Action
a!. Mix all the fruits together!.
b!. Add nuts and dates!.
c!. Mix lightly with the fluffy whipped cream!.

Apple Salad Two

Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 tablespoonful mixed nuts (Almond, sunflower seeds, and
melon seeds)
1 Apple (cubes)
Molasses
Lemon juice
Raisins

Action
a!. Wash and drain the oats and nuts!.
b!. Soak them in room temperature water, just enough to cover!.
c!. Place it in the refrigerator over night!.
d!. Mash the nuts in the food processor!.
e!. Mix all together!.

Avocado and Shrimp

Ingredients
1 avocado
8 medium-sized shrimps (cooked and shelled)
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Action
a!. Season shrimps with garlic, and soy sauce, for 5 minutes!.
b!. Cut avocado vertically into halves, and remove stone!.
c!. Sprinkle with lemon juice!.
d!. On top of the avocado, place shrimps and dressing!.


Banana cake

Needs
150g sugar
150g salted butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
200g plain flour
1 banana (mashed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon)
50g walnuts
24 cm baking tin
Preheat 180°C oven for 8 minutes

Action
a!. Mix sugar and butter in mixer, till smooth!.
b!. Add eggs, one at a time!. And beat well!.
c!. Add flour and baking powder!. And mix even!.
d!. Blend in banana, and walnuts lightly!.
e!. Pour into the baking tin!.
f!. Place it in the oven, on the middle shelf!.
And bake for 50-55 minutes!.

Note: You may add cocoa powder, when desired!.


Orange Ice Cream

Ingredients
400g sugar
250 ml water
500 ml orange juice
250 ml milk (scalded)
2 egg yolks (well beaten)
500g cream

Action
a!. Boil the sugar and water together to a thick syrup!.
b!. Remove from the fire, add the orange juice,
put aside and let cool!.
c!. Meanwhile pour the milk over the egg yolks!.
Stirring constantly!.
d!. On the fire, cook this egg mixture for about
3 minutes, until slightly thickened as for custard!.
e!. Cool, stir in the cream, mix with the orange syrup,
and freeze in a freezer!.

Note: You may used half cream and half
evaporated milk instead of only 500g cream!.

I'm not sure I follow exactly, but strawberry blintzes come to mind!.
