go down the veggie aisle and experiment!. try sweet potatoes, leeks mange tout etc etc!. but don't forget the apple sauce!

if you really don't want to use veggies then rice with a nice sauce over!.

or casserole them!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grill them until the rind is nice and crisp
Serve with a bottled sweet and sour sauce or if you don't have any and want to make it quickly while the meat is cooking
Roughly dice an onion - add half a sliced capsicum (pepper) and 3 slices of canned pineapple and about half of the juice in the can or equivalent crushed pineapple - add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a really good splash of soy sauce - bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes to soften the onions and capsicum
Thicken slightly with about a tablespoon of cornflour and serve with chops and mashed potato or rice
Alternatively pan fry chops and take out of pan - add some seeded mustard and sour cream and serve over chops Www@FoodAQ@Com
