Yes you can but do scrambled them!.!.I have like 30doz frozen but I did not scrambled them I for got to but you need to!.!.I have mine in ziplock bags to!.!.but yes raw eggs can be frozen and they taste the same when they are thawed!.!.and if you thinking WTH is she doing with 30doz eggs they had them for $!.99 each one week so I got them cuz if not they are like $2!.50 a doz!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can freeze them that way!. Commercially they are frozen the same as we can do it at home!. But they do it on a much larger scale then send the product to school cafeterias, hospital cafeterias, convention centers, etc!.

Some cooks can ruin anything so don't be put off if you have eaten some prepared at say Hospital cafeterias!.

Put your scrambled eggs with any seasonings you might want in the bags, squeeze all the air out, and freeze them!. Defrost only enough to pour them out of the zip lock bags into the skillet, still having a few of the ice crystals in them!.

There won't be much taste difference or consistancy change to them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

restarants use frozen eggs all the time!. We used to get them in big gold cans!. They need to be whipped up first!.!.!.not frothy but enough so yolks break!. Then just freeze them like that!. You CANNOT freeze whole in the shell eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

ew i don't think that's a good idea!. you can definitely cook them scrambled and *then* freeze them!. i do that all the time!. i scramble and wrap in tortillas then freeze - microwave for a quick breakfast!Www@FoodAQ@Com
