Question: I have a recipe that calls for "1/2 cup refridgerated egg product"!?
is there any way i can use regular eggs and if so how many would i use!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just use the egg whites because EggBeaters (or "refrigerated egg product") is essentially egg without the yolk!.

I think 1/4c EggBeaters equals 1 egg white, but if you're unsure, simply strain the egg whites into a measuring cup to double check!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's egg beaters!.!.!.so just measure 1/2 cup of regular fresh beaten eggs!. Probably 2!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
